Is a third-party body specialized in verifying the technical safety and performance requirements of electrical and lighting equipment that is supplied to large industries in the sectors of electrical infrastructure, mining, oil services, and telecommunications.
Our TCA certificates are accepted by the ENEL Group – Codensa fulfilling the verification of the equipment and components according to the high standards requested from its suppliers worldwide, adequately monitoring the stages of selection, determination, review and attestation to families of products, against the requirements of local regulations and applicable international standards.
According to the type of scheme and the needs of the clients, we annually monitor the TCAs under the following considerations:
Tracking types:
- Documentary type A. (Assessment in English or Spanish)
- Documentary type B. (Assessment in English or Spanish)
- Based on sampling and type or routine tests
The documentation of the end user (for example, the operation, maintenance and installation manual, electrical diagrams, general dimensional drawings, nameplate, etc.) must be in the local language of the country of destination of the product; If the local language is different from the product’s source language, they will be translated into the target language or into English and other documents in the same way.
